Troubleshooting
A few users may need to adjust their software settings to access the GTBIDWIFI Network. If you have difficulty connecting, try the following steps:

  • Make sure that your Web browser is not set to use a proxy server. For Internet Explorer, this setting can be found in the Windows Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings.
  • Set your wireless network adapter's Network Name (or ESSID) to "GTBIDWIFI." This can be found by selecting the wireless network adapter either in the system tray or through the start menu and then adjusting the "settings".
  • Configure your TCP/IP settings to obtain an internet address automatically using DHCP.
