Golden Triangle Ambassadors
The Golden Triangle Ambassador program plays a crucial role in shaping the neighborhood’s identity. On any given day, you can find a Hospitality Ambassador giving directions to an area worker or escorting a visitor to the nearest Metro station. Clean Team Ambassadors can be found painting light pole bases, gum busting sidewalks, and emptying BID trash cans in front of member properties. This past year, the Ambassadors greeted and gave directions to nearly 200,000 people and emptied more than 70,000 trash cans. Ambassadors also provide "WOW" services to the neighborhood. When our parking fees increased, Ambassadors started carrying quarters to make change for drivers and during the busy tourist season, Ambassadors took free Polaroid pictures.
These dedicated Ambassadors brave all weather and conditions seven days a week to make sure the Golden Triangle is a welcoming, safe, and clean place for all who step foot within its boundaries.
