Downtown DC heats up again this September 4th with the last free 2008 Sounds in the Square concert featuring local favorites No Second Troy.
Grab a blanket and some friends and hit the park after work to take part in the local music scene. With pop hooks of bands like Snow Patrol and Coldplay blended with arrangements of acts like Death Cab for Cutie and Arcade Fire, No Second Troy is on the verge of making the jump to the national stage and this is both a rare chance to see a band of this caliber for free and a great chance to enjoy the end of summer at this downtown outdoor venue.
The Sounds in the Square concert series is produced by the Golden Triangle BID in partnership with On Tap magazine, Last Call Entertainment, the U.S. National Park Service, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, NewsChannel 8, and 94.7 The Globe.
