The Golden Triangle BID is thrilled to welcome New Orleans Po Boy Shop to the neighborhood! This restaurant is essentially a sandwich shop, but when you dig in, it's much, much more. The Chefs are great po boy and gumbo fans, who truly love to eat and play with food! Patrons can look forward to offerings such as rabbit rillettes salad, foie gras on French toast, and homemade cured smoked pork belly sandwich (yes, it is a BLT, but way better!).
