Golden Triangle BID Announces Board of Directors for FY12

The Golden Triangle Business Improvement District recently elected new board members for fiscal year 2012.
The newly-elected or reelected Board members are:

David Bender, Blake Real Estate
James E. Brawner, Brawner Company
Lynne Breaux, Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington
Hans Bruland, The Hay-Adams
James Dean, ING Real Estate
Brad Flickinger, CB Richard Ellis
Thor Headley, Hines
Caroline Kruger, Boston Properties
Scott Mead, Lerner Corporation
Satinder Palta, Renaissance Mayflower Hotel
Tom Ruder, Penzance
Nicola Y. Whiteman, Apartment & Office Building Association.

Greg Meyer of Brookfield Properties will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board.
Caroline Kruger of Boston Properties has been elected to chair the Capital Committee, a sub-committee designed to oversee capital improvement projects and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Art Guzzetti from American Public Transportation Association has been elected to fill the vacancy on the board due to the retiring of William Millar.
