Golden Triangle BID Announces Board of Directors and Officers for FY11

Washington, DC — The Golden Triangle Business Improvement District (BID) recently named officers and elected new members to the 2011 Board of Directors. This year’s officers include:

President: Gregory Meyer – Senior Vice President, Brookfield Properties
Vice-President: Casey Brill – Vice President, PNC Bank
Treasurer: Kathryn Clement – General Manager, Vornado/Charles E. Smith
Secretary: Scott Mead – Managing Director, Commercial Property Manager, Lerner Corp.
Past President: David Bender – President, Blake Real Estate

The newly-elected or reelected Board members are:
Karla Christensen, Jones Lang LaSalle
William A. Grillo, Cassidy Turley
John Hinton, Lincoln Property Company
Bill Millar, American Public Transportation Association
Michael Paukstitus, Washington Real Estate Investment Trust

About the Golden Triangle BID

The Golden Triangle BID is a non-profit organization that works to enhance DC’s Central Business District from the White House to Dupont Circle and 16th Street, NW to New Hampshire Ave., NW. The BID’s primary focus is to provide a clean, safe and friendly environment within its 43 blocks of public space for area workers and visitors. The BID’s programs and services include: cleaning and maintenance of public space; hospitality and directions; homeless outreach services; capital improvements and public space investments; business retention and attraction; marketing and communications.
