The final project, expected to be completed in the spring of 2014, will extend the constructed median and landscaping to Jefferson Place, just south of Dupont Circle.
The BID is also focused on growing its retail offerings. The launch of a retail strategy is underway with a report expected in October. The strategy includes the addition of a dedicated retail recruiter to the BID staff.
