Connecticut Avenue Median

Connecticut Avenue is a key corridor in the District of Columbia and is an iconic street that connects the White House to Dupont Circle. The Golden Triangle BID's streetscape project began with the construction of a median along Connecticut Avenue between K and L Streets. The raised median transforms 3,000+ square feet of asphalt into green space, with seasonal flowers, grasses and trees. It will also provide safety for pedestrians as they cross the street.
