At National Geographic Museum in the Golden Triangle, past and current expeditions, adventures, and scientific research come to life. Enjoy a wide variety of changing exhibitions as well as permanent and interactive displays that reflect the richness and diversity of our world. The Museum’s exhibitions and the scientific fieldwork and expeditions on which they are based are supported by National Geographic’s Mission Programs, which receives generous funding by corporations, foundations, and individuals.
The museum is located at 17th and M Streets NW in downtown Washington, D.C., a short walk from Metro’s Farragut North and Farragut West stations. Admission is free to most exhibitions.
