The Golden Triangle BID has collaborated with Club Quarters hotel at 839 17th Street NW to paint the alley adjacent to the hotel with graphic art.  Designer Rachel Horlick’s patterned design is the second work of alley art undertaken by the BID.  Funky art was added to Luigi’s Alley on 19th street in the summer of 2009.
