Starter Course:
Wollensky Salad or Soup of the Day
Entrée Course:
Filet of beef served with a demi-glaze and angry onions; wild salmon served with sautéed spinach, shitake mushrooms & a citrus beurre blanc; pan-seared chicken breast served on a bed of arugula with a natural jus; Ahi Tuna Salad with fennel, arugula, radicchio, oranges & olives; or tenderloin steak sandwich with steak sauce mayo, mushrooms & onions
Dessert Course:
Chocolate cake layer with a Bailey’s Irish Crème or chocolate ganache cheesecake served with a raspberry coulis
